I went from 50 mg FDA approved generic Viagra, Rx written from my family doctor and filled my reputable Canadian (BC) pharmacy, which medication was great. I was looking to save money and try a medication that lasted longer than 3 hours so ordered from Blue Chew. Finally tried my first Blue Chew (non FDA approved) generic Cialis and… nothing. No typical flushing, headache, back ache or nasal congestion as typical with the ED meds. I emailed the “24/7 Customer Service” number in the early part of the day. Finally received an email back the next day that was clearly a cut and paste template response. Embarrassing that the sender didn’t fill in the appropriate fields which made their response appear half-@ssed and pretty unprofessional. The email included a lecture of how the drug works (Duh…I’m 60 and have been taking ED meds for almost 20 years). Too late for a refund. Don’t make my mistake. Don’t buy into the coupon marketing shtick. Get a proper Rx and have it filled with an FDA approved ED med from a reliable, inexpensive pharmacy.

Says you can skip a month but still got charged So when you pick your prescription you have the option to skip a month. I literally got mine at end of January due significant weather and it was delayed. I selected skip for February as I had a full supply and they charged me for February.i reached out and they said it was too late even though it was still processing to cancel. So be careful if you plan on not needing it cancel a month before you know cause you'll be charged anyways.

Do not fall for the ads I've used other companies before without issue, but had a promo and decided to give bc a try. The product doesn't work. I've canceled my account after my first shipment. Their customer service is terrible. Avoid the temptation to use that promo

Zero customer service unless being lied… Zero customer service unless being lied to is considered "service". Placed an order and paid for 2-3 day delivery. 6 days later, DHL has the package with zero updates and Bluechew offers zero support or advice other than to wait. They refuse to refund the extra ship charge and blame DHL. I didn't purchase from DHL. I will never use again and started a chargeback because I don't think I will ever receive my order. I also will report the card I used as lost so I can de done with this company forever.
