The mover guys were great The mover guys were great, but the guy I worked with on the phone was deceptive. He gave me a rate for the hour's job and mentioned the fees, which I thought would be fine, and he mentioned the travel time, but he didn't say that they were out of the Salt Lake valley. So it raised the price by double --very deceptive and dishonest.

Texas to Arizona move… Management was disappointing and disconnected. But the lead project manager, Marco and his crew were beyond expectations! They packed carefully and thoughtfully. The actual move was outstanding! The paperwork, not so much, but Marco jumped in and assisted as our advocate. The move went wonderfully, because of the crew!!!

The crew came and took very good care… The crew came and took very good care of all of our furniture. They thoroughly wrapped each item before labeling. They were polite, professional, and positive during each phase of the move.

Juan Valentine was kind and showed up… Juan Valentine was kind and showed up on time. Took care of the items and did the job satisfactorily. However, I didn’t expect the move to take the length of time that it did. Also, I don’t feel the charge for packing materials was appropriate. I feel that a fee list for those packing materials should be provided in advance. I don’t believe the fees were thoroughly explained in advance, so I was a bit surprised by the total at the end.

I do NOT recommend the CLARKSVILLE TN… I do NOT recommend the CLARKSVILLE TN team! They do not know how to assess a client's needs, schedule clients or communicate and they blame their customers for their incompetence. I had a move for Thursday, April 25th - I took off of work and was expecting a call between 12-2. First I'm told the move will be delayed for a few hours - then I'm rescheduled for the weekend. No phone call from them - I had to call them to get a status. I'm held in limbo on Saturday and it has to be rescheduled to Sunday - and was told I'd be the first to be dispatched. Sunday 10 am - no call. I call them - they are already dispatched to another client. I'm told it's a 'quick' move. I hear nothing until 8pm from an unknown number - I don't answer. Monday comes around - no call from the manager. In the meantime, I'm out another month's rent on my storage unit because they don't know how to run a business.
