Inaccurate quotes to lure customers Gave me inaccurate quote. I have shipped a TV to Hyderabad, India from NC, USA. The sales team initially told me that customs would be 40% of the TV's price, and now when the TV reached India, they have quoted me customs charges more than 100% of the TV's price. Besides that, they are also saying that I have to make the payment ASAP, or else there will be additional charges for the delay. And now nobody is responding to my calls/emails.

I don't even want to give them this one… I don't even want to give them this one star ,Gandhi shipping is such a hopeless service. They do not have the courtesy to pick the phone an deal with the questions. They don't reply to email. They charge you a fixed amount when you are sending your shipment from USA when it comes to India they again charge you for it . They are trying to extort more money . This is a worst service agency I heard about. Biggest mistake to have selected them for our boxes. Very rude to talk no cooperation what so ever.

I think all the reviews are made up I think all the reviews are made up. They seems professional on the website but are not. Their 15 minutes of call back turns into days and then eventually months. I was charged for double the amount of volume. After the pick up they vanished and came up with a made up quote without explanation whatsoever. I don't know how they did this but they charged my credit card without me knowing the amount. I have not yet received my shipment but I am not happy with these guys so far. Lack of communication kills. I wouldn't be surprised if there are problems when the shipment lands in India and their clearing agent gives his part of the trouble. Ravindra Peerannawar

Cheap and Trusted We knew Gandhi Shipping by googling. No reference from friends or relatives. The price was competitive, we chosed Gandhi Shipping because they were the cheapest to ship 20' container from Chicago to Indonesia. It took around 8-9 weeks, and just 3 days delay from the schedule that were provided which not a big deal compare to the distance and total delivery time. Overall we are so happy with the service provided by Mushir and Azim. They are cooperative and fast in responding email, excellent!

Please do not use this company Please do not use this company - EVER . We are still waiting for our delivery and they will not answer your calls in India. Everything is shady about their operation.
