They sent someone to "repair" it, and he showed up with a plastic bag full of furniture paint he bought at the store on his way here. He was incompetent and was unable to even improve the deep gashes and scratch marks on all my major furniture. I have been trying to get a response for a year, without any acceptable help. Unpakt was not helpful in addressing the problem. Unpakt arranged the unsatisfactory moving company that moved me and damaged my furniture. Given they apparently do not vet the movers they recommend, or help mitigate the damage, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Unclear on what the service actually probides I was unaware that I required a parking permit for loading and unloading, meaning that the move had to be cancled. The unpakt team didn't mention that this may be an issue worth investigating, additionally much of the literature on the site says that you don't need to contact your mover before the move because 'it's all settled'. I'm extremely frustrated with their service, when I called the customer service rep they said "oh yea, well you should have done that, I know it's not on our website. Nothing we can do sorry". Not a great experience.

Fraudulent service Fraudulent service! I am in the middle of cross country move right now, and Unpakt is completely unresponsive regarding the failed service. I was sold a moving service through Federal Moving, who guaranteed a specific delivery window. I flew across the country to meet the movers to find out that they are a last week late. I called Unpakt, who committed to research and resolve the issue, but now they have been unresponsive for 2 days. Neither Unpakt or Federal Moving should be in business.

Im a licensed mover Im a licensed mover, did job for them more than half year ago, called and emailed over 20 times total since then, they clearly dont want to pay.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE A… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE A MOVER. WE HAVE COMPLETED MOVES WITH UNPAKT AND ARE STILL WAITING TO BE PAID. UNPAKT IS PAID DIRECTLY FOR THE MOVE FROM THE CUSTOMER AND THE ACTUAL CARRIER WHO COMPLETES THE MOVE HAS TO WAIT MONTHS TO BE PAID FROM UNPAKT. WHEN YOU CALL ABOUT YOUR MONEY THEY JUST SAY SEND THEM AN EMIL. AFTER 5 EMAILS I HAVE YET TO GET A RESPONSE AND STILL WAITING TO BE PAID!
