Sharlene was so kindly helpful Sharlene herself! Cared and educated me so kindly. Not pressuring. I told her how very positively impressed I was that her boss encourages her to call customers to see how they are, how the product is for them. She is perfectly suited for this with her clear understanding of yhe products and big heart that respectfully & appropriately sincerely expresses care to me, a customer.
