Saving Money Good prices. Frequent deals or discounted prices on items is cool. The free priority shipping over $25 is nice. Also being able to use points built by previous orders, to help knock off some $$$ on the current/future orders is an awesome thing.

Varying quality. Your prices and shipping are great EXCEPT I end up throwing around half of it away. Every time. I get one or two "sample/strains" that are good quality but then the rest I have to throw away. Contaminated with heavy metals or pesticides? I have been using kratom over 10 years. Certain batches I get cause ear ringing, nausea, headaches and I have experimented. Stopped using that particular one. Then tried again another day with the same bad effects. Get the feeling there is poor quality control at the production site. Example: in one order the super green batch was great, the super red made me very sick. another order a while back the green mang dae was contaminated and made me very sick but another batch of the same strain ordered momths later was great.
