My experience I found the company to be very informative and helpful in answering any questions I had prior to booking my appointment. Once booked they kept me up to date and the week before coming gave me an approximate schedule. On arriving collected from the airport as we went with the upgraded package to take any stress away. Checked into hotel quickly and the staff at the hotel were friendly and informative. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was amazing. We had an evening meal in the hotel and that was also lovely. First day for post op appointment went well, if I could pick out one thing it would be in how late they gave you the appointment for the next day. One appointment was for 2:30 and one for 1:45 and double checked as one included a checkup. Once you were in the pre op waiting area, would have been good to have some relaxing music or something to occupy to take your mind off. When taken through the surgeon was very pleasant and explained what would happen then also as she was doing it, very relaxed and good atmosphere. Third day was pretty much the same as second day, then final checkup on last day. I was concerned my close vision wasn’t as good as used to be and was advised can take up to 4 weeks to adjust. Given medicated drops and given then all clear. The only fault would have been the taxi driver on the day of the post op was unsure of location, however the driver that took us to the airport was from a different company and more than made up for it. Perhaps only use one company as definite difference in service

Exemplary service From start to finish, Praga Medica provided all the information I needed and requested. They were most professional in their dealings, and I cannot praise them enough for the arrangements made on my behalf, from transport to and from the airport, hotel booking and an English speaking member of staff who was at hand throughout the entire experience of my cataract eye operation. Great Experience The process was very simple thanks to the attention of detail from Katerina who was exceptional in returning query emails and arranging the hotel which was very good accommodation for my 3 night stay for cataract operation. Included in my package pick up and drop off to airport big thanks to Peter lovely man. Also included was an interpreter Diana a lovely warm lady who explained everything in the clinic process. Many thanks Diana. As for the operation big big thank you to all the clinic and operating personnel so very professional and all went well everything explained to the highest quality would highly recommend this clinic. This is my first experience using a… This is my first experience using a clinical service abroad. Lenka, my surgery coordinator, was in touch with me from the moment I decided to have blepharoplasty at the Medicom Clinic by Dr. Pavel Popelka. Lenka arranged everything from A to Z and I knew I could contact her if I had any problems, I really appreciated it. The surgery went quickly and smoothly, the post operation medication, recommendations and a discharge letter for my GP were given. In total I spent 6 days in Prague and even managed to enjoy the beauty of the city, as a wonderful addition to my long-planned procedure. I definitely recommend Medicom Clinic.
