I felt super good staying there with them, they give me all the information in a very clear menner and everyone was focused also in the small details. I really enjoyed it, everything was amazing!

Otoplasty I travelled to Prague to have an Otoplasty in February 2024, with Dr Vasek. I did a lot of research before my op and vowed to do my own review afterwards to help others trying to make a choice! Markéta was fantastic from start to finish, providing me with lots information and assurance, she is a true asset to the team and helped me know I was making the right choice. She stayed in touch after my surgery to check I was ok and doing well. She was so patient and kind and I am very grateful to her. The clinic was welcoming and extremely clean, everyone was friendly and polite. A lovely nurse took my bloods and asked some questions before I met my surgeon. Dr Vasek was very professional but also sensed my nerves and was really kind and caring. He reassured me throughout the surgery, as did the care team (I was awake for the procedure and very nervous so they gave me a fidget toy to distract me!). My surgery was over before I knew it, he even made an adjustment to the process as he felt part of it wasn’t required in my case, which showed true integrity. I was a little unwell after my operation (I never do well with anaesthetic!) and the nursing staff were amazing, got me sorted out and constantly checked on me until I felt well enough to leave. I returned to my hotel to rest overnight and went back the next morning to have dressings changed and check I was well enough to fly, which I was. I had one more night in Prague before returning home. My recovery was much easier than I thought, I had very minimal pain. I returned to work after the weekend (surgery on a Thursday). I got my stitches checked 6 weeks later and the nurse said that it was the neatest otoplasty she’d seen and it was perfectly healing. I am absolutely delighted with the results, my only regret is not booking sooner!

My experience I found the company to be very informative and helpful in answering any questions I had prior to booking my appointment. Once booked they kept me up to date and the week before coming gave me an approximate schedule. On arriving collected from the airport as we went with the upgraded package to take any stress away. Checked into hotel quickly and the staff at the hotel were friendly and informative. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was amazing. We had an evening meal in the hotel and that was also lovely. First day for post op appointment went well, if I could pick out one thing it would be in how late they gave you the appointment for the next day. One appointment was for 2:30 and one for 1:45 and double checked as one included a checkup. Once you were in the pre op waiting area, would have been good to have some relaxing music or something to occupy to take your mind off. When taken through the surgeon was very pleasant and explained what would happen then also as she was doing it, very relaxed and good atmosphere. Third day was pretty much the same as second day, then final checkup on last day. I was concerned my close vision wasn’t as good as used to be and was advised can take up to 4 weeks to adjust. Given medicated drops and given then all clear. The only fault would have been the taxi driver on the day of the post op was unsure of location, however the driver that took us to the airport was from a different company and more than made up for it. Perhaps only use one company as definite difference in service

Everything worked like clockwork from… Everything worked like clockwork from being picked up at the airport to being returned to departure. There was no waiting around. The assistance of the translator was very useful.The eye examination brought up a condition that I was not aware of even though slight. On my return to UK I asked why I was not told about it. No answer. Paid extra for the Femtosecond laser which took about 10 minutes. Clean, efficient and correct. The only recommendation would be that it would be helpful if NeoVizia accepted bank transfer which would save a further 3% on credit card charges.

Great all round! Seamless, professional and friendly organisation from Marketa - from my initial query to completion. All information clearly explained and lovely support from Rina at the Clinic. The Surgeon was superb, as were the 2 Nurses I saw. So pleased to have used Praga Medica and Forme Clinic. Healing well and Upper blepharoplasy looking great. Many thanks.
