I switched from IVIM to another… I switched from IVIM to another telehealth company that is probably their biggest competitor, and boy do I regret it. I made the change to save money, even though I really liked IVIM, and now I can't wait to switch back. With their recent price drops, and the huge amount of frustration I'm experiencing with my new provider, I'm ready to switch back. One side note... I think the IVIM app needs a lot of work to truly be functional.

I was so comfortable talking to the nurse who also shared same journey on glp1 drug which was very helpful to hear. Accessible prescription is huge relief on my journey and exciting that it continues instead of stopping due to shortages of my regular glp1. All was A+ experience! And to ship to me, that's awesome too!

Great experience so far! Connie is so kind and helpful! She listens and gives great advice. She is wonderful. If I had to give one area room for improvement it would be the functionality/user friendliness of the app.

The Nurse Practitioner Erin Rodriguez… The Nurse Practitioner Erin Rodriguez was very professional and made me feel at ease. I had been waiting for a while and was going to hang up when she came onto the call. The smile on her face, the way she answered all my questions, didn’t rush me off, and advised me on how to proceed with my dosage made it easy for me to decide to continue with IVIM. She is truly a gem, and I’m going to request her for my next follow-up visit.
