That's a wonderful relief for somebody like me that is a very unorganized person and realize when it's almost too late that I don't have the size that I had an order for. In a couple times there have been something broke and shipping or a cup be different than ordered, it's always been taken care of. Customer service is always impeccable as well as the cups.
