Great product We love Tansclub and have been purchasing their tubular gater/buffs for our youth retreats for many, many years. Love them. My only hang up is the cost of shipping.

Wss unable to create my order online… Wss unable to create my order online due to some problems we could not determine. The manager at tansclub worked with me and created the order and got the items shipped on time. (Said he wasn't suppose to take the order but realized the situation and did the right thing. That is customer service.

Discounted price only if all items in stock Order and delivery was quick as usual. They were out of stock on some of the items and offered to replace them with a different item. New items were more expensive (which we knew and agreed to). Didn't know that they would reduce the discounted price on the remainder as it was now under 50 dozen and they didn't tell me that this would happen - ended up paying more than anticipated.

Unbelievably fast and accurate service When one of our "Easter trail magic on the Appalachian Trail" group members was unable to participate any longer, she sent me one of her previous Tan's Club invoices from which to order. I ordered 13 dozen bandanas and they were shipped that day, NOT my usual online ordering experience. I had made a notation that request a timely delivery, but WOW! Six stars in my book.
