CB-X was really good about helping us and I swore I'd leave a review when we finally were able to re-order. They did a great job canceling the order and returned a full refund. It wasn't a huge amount, of course, but it meant a lot to us.

My only complaint is that the L and XL ring sizes should be included with the base set instead of needing to be ordered separately.

penultimate design best cage I've owned. tight fit ensures safe confinement, light weight plastic doesn't pinch or tug or flex. try your best, installed correctly your not going anywhere. unfortunately the "points of interest" add-on has room to slide along the locking pin and guide pins, which can, rarely, slide into a position where you get pinched or capture a loose hair and rip it out. :(
