penultimate design best cage I've owned. tight fit ensures safe confinement, light weight plastic doesn't pinch or tug or flex. try your best, installed correctly your not going anywhere. unfortunately the "points of interest" add-on has room to slide along the locking pin and guide pins, which can, rarely, slide into a position where you get pinched or capture a loose hair and rip it out. :(

Quality 2nd order from here and both of them have been just as expected and high quality!

Customer service/item selection Their selection is great, had a problem with ordering, and was notified of the issue within a day. USPS failed to deliver the package, They were able to send another one promptly. Ordered the same order with a different carrier and they were able to process the refund for the first order that wasn't delivered. Great experience with customer service/company. Their products are high quality and haven't failed on me yet
