As a first time purchaser As a first time purchaser, I loved that you had a customer service number and they were so helpful and made things so much easier. I also enjoy that It’s a one stop shop because they have all the vendors.

My experience with FashionGo has been a… My experience with FashionGo has been a love hate. I honestly give it a 5 stars because their customers service is AMAZING!!! I’ve called in so many times weather I get the same rep or a different rep, they really all take the time to answer my question. I even get calls back which is rare because most companies with say they did but no voicemail or email follow up. The platform on the other hand really needs to stop changing with no notice. It makes it really hard for business.

Terrible customer service. No. It’s all good until there is a problem. I ordered from San Souci. Order came damaged and missing most of the items ordered. FashionGo does nothing to hold the vendor accountable. Weeks have gone by with no resolution. Use Faire instead where you are supported as a buyer.

YES TO FASHIONGO!!! Outstanding platform! I LOVE FashionGo!! It is the BEST platform ever. I can't stop buying because my customers cannot get enough of FashionGo's products! Yeah, take all my money but reaping profits in return! Amazing quality for the money, love their selection of vendors, and I always find myself coming back here for more.
