GBI was so excited to get the Bob Ross… I was so excited to get the Bob Ross men’s slippers for my nephew. The slippers in his size run extremely small. I have been trying in vain to contact customer service via phone & email & many times… I have never received any kind of response from either. I wanted to return as the next larger size was sold out.I now have a useless pair of slippers & out the money paid for them. I am terribly disappointed & will not shop with your company ever again!

GBCute, cozy, a bit noisy … Got the otter slippers for my wife and she loves them. They are warm and the faces are cute. She wears them constantly. One draw back: they are oddly noisy. The bottoms that give them good traction are still making sounds on our hardwood floors after 10 days. We’d kind of hoped they would “break in” and be quieter. On carpets they are perfect

GBGreat for the elderly too! Bought 3 pairs of these slip-on slippers for my elderly Mother who has edema and neuropathy in her feet and needed soft “shoes” to walk around in. These are perfect as they stretch, don’t squish her feet or toes, and have nonskid on bottom, which was very important -and you can wash them! And she can use a giant show horn to put them on and off herself! So happy we found these .
