Great little vacuum I did a thorough cleaning of my house I even moved furniture, chairs, and rugs. I then let the robotic vacuum loose to do its thing, once it finished its cycle the vacuum will dock itself, I then checked the canister and was impressed by how much dist and hair (mostly dog hair) was collected. I was so impressed that I bought a second one for the upper floor.

I received my cleaner and set it up it found it difficult to navigate around a very simple open plan area and was constantly getting stuck in corners and didn't pick much up. I have since tried contacting the company 5 times 3 emails bounced back saying it was blocked the others have gone unanswered. I have come to the conclusion it is a complete con and will be contacting trading standards

Do not buy from this company. It's just a scam. After 2 months the product does not work. I get no return address, and no phone number to call. Disappointed. Terrible service. I have lost the money.

Warning scam company. Warning scam company. I ordered a robot but decided to cancel after reading the reviews on trust pilot. Litroux would not cancel the order but the tracking number they sent didn't work. I then contacted them again and again and received emails that weren't even written in correct English. I retracted my payment through the Bank and then Klarna got involved. Not much success there either and they want to charge me a fee, although my problem is not sorted.Litroux now say they will deduct 40€ but have not even acknowledged the return of the item, which I refused to sign for on delivery. I will never use Klarna again and certainly won't use Litroux as they don't even have an imprint on their webpage. They are simply after your money.
