Levelset = Lifesaver Levelset, you're always helpful. I chatted with Derek today and he went above and beyond what most people seem to do, he actually went through the steps to try something for me instead of just explaining to me what I should do. It was very nice of him and I sincerely appreciate it. (When I say "most people" I mean those other companies that put you through the ringer and tell you to re-do what you've already been doing, after you explain its not working) Oh!, and I recommended Levelset to a company friend who just started a business!

I have been uncertain about the path and what I needed to contribute to the process but all were very kind and gave great direction.
