GBI have been taking these vitamins for… I have been taking these vitamins for just 2 weeks, took about a week to stop getting tired about 2 to 3 o'clock, and now I'm good most every day. These vitamins aren't energy pills, I just feel better and don't get as tired most days. I would recommend these vitamins.
