Every time I made a purchase, I bombarded their sales team with questions, and they were always willing to help. Their responses are quick, and their diamond expertise has been invaluable to a novice like me. The first time I ordered from Israeli Diamonds I was required to initiate a wire transfer due to the large purchase price. Despite my initial nerves about wiring money overseas from the U.S., they guided me through the entire process, and the first order left me speechless with its stunning setting and diamond. This marked my first major jewelry purchase. 'matching' diamond pair didn't match! good help choosing stones, main problem is the 'matching stones' are visually different sizes! poor communication about extra 11% tax on arrival, no proof of identity needed for collection (let someone else in house sign without identity) for expensive purchase

I made an order to see the time from when i ordren to delivery in my country, and I can just say "not the last time i order from Them" + yoy can follow everything from when you made the order, so that is a big plus also. Fair Value OK, so the Website really sucks! And paying for my stones was a bit of a hassle. The stones themselves are fantastic. And the price was $150-$200 less (per stone) than anywhere else for the same cut, color, grade, etc. The stones are exactly as promised and beautiful. I don't care how good lab created thinks it is, but nothing beats a natural diamond with no visible inclusions.
