Excellent customer service! Haven't received the band I ordered yet due to some mishaps but they've nailed the customer service and have the correct band in route. I've already tried out the band that was sent by mistake (and they let me keep for free) so I know I'm going to love the heavy version when it arrives. I highly recommend.

I bought a full bundle and after the… I bought a full bundle and after the purchase was complete I was notified that the middle weight and the included bag are out of stock. It seems this would merit a discount or partial refund. update 6-14-2022 The blue middle weight band that was part of my full bundle was not replaced with a better silicone band as I was assured. I only received the black, orange and red band. Contacting customer service seems like an impossible task. Update 6-22-22 The company fulfilled the order with a comparable substitute. Looking past the fulfillment issues, the bands really are a great product that I use several times a week.

And the support team was extremely helpful after I forgot to enter a promo code upon order placement. I'm receiving my bands today, and have not been more excited about any other equipment.

As a new Judoka As a new Judoka, I was a bit skeptical of the bands, but after some research decided to give them a shot. They are definitely better than your average uchikomi or resistance bands, there is more weight to them for battle rope type movements, more resistance, and more potential for drills. As a new father, I have to be efficient with my time - so I almost always use these as a warm up and for some cardio prior to strength training. Price point is a little high, but lifespan of product according to reviews might make them a worthwhile investment.
