Take it or leave it. updated We bought two items of clothing. They arrived but were velvet not the corduroy described in the advert, then the real problem began. We printed out the returns label but the local DHL shop refused to accept them. Shuuk gave us a Take-it-or-leave-it option of travelling an hour or more to a DHL collection site of their preference or us arranging with DHL ourselves for a collection or us keeping the items. (We have already lost £5 carriage payment) We would not recommend this company. Happy to communicate further with them - that'd make the fourth occasion. Following this review the money has been refunded and so I've changed the review to 4 stars. Thanks Shuuk. Hopefully the return programme can be improved.

I bought a dark denim jacket,which is… I bought a dark denim jacket,which is actually true to size and exactly how it was described, some other retailers do not give an accurate description or the image of an item is not true to real life. It is slim fitted, just the way I like it. The delivery was on time and I had no problems buying from this online shopping company shuuk.

Prompt delivery, quality and accurate. I have never ordered from this company before, but there was a shirt I was very interested in, so I purchased it. The item was received promptly and I was very pleased that it was exactly what I saw in the picture and read in the description I am very pleased with my purchase and will consider ordering again from Shuuk.

Outstanding! Product quality is outstanding! The quality of products is outstanding. My favorite thing about Shuuk is the wide variety of interesting and unique styles. There are funky cute styles as well as more understated yet elegant fashion. I'd like to see a better jewelry and shoe selection to match all the beautiful clothes.

HAPPY BUT !! Very. Good service kept me updated on delivery which arrive on time stated Im a lady under five foot ( petite ) so took a risk and bought a mini skirt in the sale expecting it not to fit and return it . Because it was a mini skirt it fit me perfectly it’s of good quality and a lovely colour I wished I had bought another one but it’s now sold out I’m just disappointed that the company don’t do a petite range as I would definitely use them again if they did , so hope this is something they could look into in the future PLEASE
