Bad experience CORRECTED Update: I won't blame the company for the bad customer service response. In fairness I have dealt with other 888 reps who were pleasant and helpful in the past but that particular one caused me to forget the pleasant ones. Today a manager reached out to me and took care of the gift card issues. I am completely satisfied with the resolution and took away one star just because I know that mean one still works there and I hope he doesn't respond to other customers in that manner. Do your research on msrp prices. Lots Sold as new YOU should expect some errors, returns and/or missing pieces. Overall you should profit well if you price check items before purchasing.
