GBGreat Party & Get Rid of Arcade Games We had an excellent experience with Elevate for my 8 year old son's birthday party. The kids had a blast, and the service we got in the party room was 2nd to none. Employees were very friendly and helpful. The only negative is the arcade games, as the kids were constantly annoying parents for extra money for games. We had already paid a fair amount for the party for kids to jump, and did not need the extra pressure to shell out for arcade games (please get rid of them).

GBDishonest Business Practice! I am dumbfounded at all of the good reviews as this company has a very dishonest business practice. They claim that most orders ship within 1-2 business days, but my order, which was placed an entire week ago, still hasn't shipped yet! I paid for "expedited" shipping, a cost of $15.00 extra, and for what? So that I could wait until next Christmas to actually receive my order? They don't even answer their own phones or answer their chat online. LOUSY customer service and LOUSY business ethics. To charge a customer right away and then sit on the order for days or weeks is just dishonest, dishonest, dishonest.
