GBExtremely Satisfied Customer I've been using NativeMed since August 2023. I started on Semaglutide and switched to Tirzepatide in Jan 2024. I am down 66 pounds. NativeMed is such an easy company to use, there is always someone I can chat with for any questions I have had along the way. They send me updates via email as well. They are very quick to get back to me with anything that I ask and they have celebrated my success with me along the way! I would absolutely recommend NativeMed to anyone considering these medications. They listen to you, answer any and all questions and calmed any fears I had in the beginning and when switching medications. It's nice to know there is always someone I can talk to at my fingertips! Extremely happy with their customer service and shipping - I am notified constantly until my medication gets to my front door.

GBGreat Experience Until I Asked to Cancel My experience with Nativemed was fine until I asked to cancel my month to month subscription due to some health problems. The email I received was defensive and unprofessional. I was well aware of the two month minimum. However, in their response, I was told they charged my bank to cover the cost and they would be more than happy to provide our recorded conversation to my bank. I didn't say anything about disputing charges or contacting my bank, but their response tells me they've been deceptive in the past and felt the need to go on the defense. Be careful dealing with these companies.
