GBPoor communications options for customers trying to complete an order I tried for several days to complete an order. There was some kind of problem with the payment - my bank allowed the charge but Nuline kept putting the money back in my bank account and telling me there was a problem with the payment. I attempted to email, use the live chat, and fill in a help form but never heard from anyone at Nuline. Finally I backed out and tried again with a different payment source, not one I wanted to use. Very poor communications options for customers trying to deal with a problem.

Wonderful customer service. When the product arrived it was packaged extremely carefully and labeled by hand, the exchange felt very personal and caring.
