Love the ability to replenish electrolytes on the fly Being an avid coffee drinker, I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the pre-workout coffee was. I also felt like I have a second and third gear during the workouts when I added the Active Hydration powder in my water due to the ability of replenishing electrolyte loss immediately while working out. I sweat a lot so the sooner I can replenish them, the better. The chocolate flavoured recovery powder post workout is delicious!
