GBOne of ten missing ear loop I ordered 20 black kn95 masks, two boxes of 10. In the first box, one mask came out of its individual wrapper missing the ear loops on one side = useless. Hopefully the other box has better quality control.

GBMissing parts- unusable My mask came and was missing one of the vent filters so I couldn't use it right away. I emailed you and did not get a response. So I paid $10 more to order the small vent filters and waiting for their arrival. As far as the mask, it seems like it will be good.
