I've ordered several pairs of shoes… I've ordered several pairs of shoes from 21 Exclusive Brands, and each time, I'm blown away by the quality and style. Their selection is diverse, and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them to all shoe enthusiasts!

I found their page easy to navigate… I found their page easy to navigate with many items to choose from. Exactly what I ordered, delivered in excellent time. The shoes fit perfect and is in great quality. Will buy from 21 exclusive brand again . I will be placing a new order for more items as soon as possible. This company is solid and I am happy to be a long term customer.

Started shaky. Ended SOLID. Placed an order 2 months ago and still haven't received my shoes. I received a tracking number but it still has no delivery date. No one is responding to my messages. I have received no communication whatsoever from anyone. EDIT: Soon after, I was able to get in contact with customer service and the owner, G. Martin, directly communicated with me. Understandably, their were things beyond anyone's control that caused the delay and once that was communicated to me, I understood and was able to get a full refund. Because of the prompt service and maturation in which this was handled, I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars. 4 stars only because of the timetable but again I am willing to give 21 Exclusive Brand another chance. I have done business with them before and it was great. This time was just concerning but again, there were factors beyond anyone's control. The owner is a stand up guy, and I have the utmost respect for him and his business.
