It's now been a week and they are still… It's now been a week and they are still processing my order even though they emailed me saying my order would be processed the day prior. I recommend you avoid the website if you need your items in a timely fashion

I am a new customer and i really like… I am a new customer and i really like their deals but they needs to add more products on the website. i am not a candy person but those deals are just as good, i am looking for more like household, personal care and health. My issue is that i ordered 12 (nameless ) items early August 2023. When i received the incorrect 12 items August 24th I was pissed because it was not what i ordered. I went on my web page i have with them and sent a message to Volt about my issue and no reply. Then I called some random 800 ( (855) 215-3534) I found on Google only to get an option to leave a message and of course i did multiple times. No return call to me. My invoice says i have 7 days to return so on August 25th i paid $15 to USPS tracking to return those items right back to them with a letter indicating the reason why. I asked for a refund or mail me the correct products. I know mistakes happens but what pisses me off is no customer service phone number to call whenever there are issues like this. I have never paid my money to a company that does not have a phone number for customers. So far no reply back from Volt Candy. Unbelievable !!
