Out of touch Out of touch. Discontinued tool. Now a survey months after fact.

I bought a part on 6/22/23 and it had… I bought a part on 6/22/23 and it had the wrong O rings.........I thought it was mayybe ......one time error. Although I installed the part and it leaked and was hard to turn. I ordered another of the same part on 9/24/23 and it came with the same O ring problem. Problem part: 10-80553 Danco cartridge for Moen and Gerber faucets. I was going for the repair on the shower faucet rather than tear the wall out to replace the shower fixture. I have not given up on this project but the O rings are to fat and your #80553 part will not go together. This part for a Gerber shower faucet Just get the right size o ring you say............CAN NOT FIND THEM!!!!!!!!!!! Way to many man hours in this project and not mention the destruction of my vocabulary with four letter words.
