First Box Review For my first box I found that it was pretty good, the box itself wasn't damaged and there was almost something for everyone in my house.

Beware of Online Business Beware! I purchased an overstock box during one of their live shows. I was then entered into one of their raffles and won, which was announced during that live show. I was so excited until the “raffle item” was delivered. I was supposed to receive an Apple Watch Series 8; instead I received a regular Target overstock box consisting of 2 Threshold club chair covers. I immediately contacted Opan Bins and they have been unwilling to resolve this issue, stating that the package was delivered, even though I received the wrong item within said package. I reached out immediately after I received the incorrect item and have sent multiple images. I have contacted them multiple times, but have received very little assistance. I’m not sure if this is standard practice, but I would use caution when ordering online from this company.
