I was not satisfied with this company I was not satisfied with this company. I ordered 2 dresses the 1 at dress came without a problem. The 2nd dress never came a month later after I have continue to get in contact with saledress they responded 1st saying payment issue n the dress was paid for. But after a month they said the dress was out of stock & I ordered both dresses the same time so I ask for my refund which they did but I ordered this dress months before a very special occasion & never received it.

My experience has always been great… My experience has always been great except this last purchase. I was sent the wrong merchandise. It's no number to call and my last few orders I've had no tracking unless I was checking on the order myself.

The dress is too small not as described! The dress is beautiful, however, your sizing does not match. Your XXL was more like a small. I have no way to return so it's just a loss for me! There is no clear information about this site for customers to communicate their needs. No transparency that this shop is in another country took 12 days. I will not shop here again...too risky!
