GBI requested tried to make a return and… I requested tried to make a return and the response was that I should give my purchase to a friend and they would give me a $15 to spend more money on their website. Terrible customer service. I was offered a refund in the reply from Leehanton but there is no process in place to get the refund.

GBNot Leehanton branded and seemingly used Not Leehanton branded. You buy direct from their website and it's not even Leehanton branded. The jacket I received had no tags (assume used) and was made by a different manufacturer. (Outerwear).
