"Special Items Were Good" I really like the special items I ordered they were exactly as shown for the exception of two swimsuits. The material on one of them was like a mesh material and the bra's for both swimsuits were too small, although, I ordered them in the right sizes. However, the production and delivery of the items were quick! Thank you!

Best Customer Service!!! I ordered two beach cardigans at the beginning of June. They never arrived, and it was due to postal error. I contacted Furdelaw and had such amazingly satisfactory results. They agreed to re-send the caftans, and follow the postal procedures to be reimbursed; after all, it was not the mistake of Furdelaw! The person who corresponded with me, Ada, was always prompt with replies. I have had dealings with other companies from China which were not handled at all - simply ignored . I had to contact my credit card for rectify those. I would recommend Furdelaw because of their proven commitment to customer relations, and I thank this company, and ADA, in particular for assisting me.

I ordered something and was offered… I ordered something and was offered something else instead of saying we no longer have that item in stock. They also instead of refunding my mo ry they are forcing me to buy something else.

Do not buy Quality of the jacket is cheep No lining The fabric is cheep Each sleeve on the jacket is different length When I try the jacket on each side of the jacket was different length to the point that it was visible. The worst merchandise I have ever purchased Didn’t even look like a jacket

I purchased a cami that was apparently… I purchased a cami that was apparently no longer in stock (Why is it even listed to buy or why did it not say “out of stock” to begin with.) Someone reached out to me via email, and suggested to switch it for a “similar” cami (which did not have similarities to the original cami I wanted at all in my opinion), I declined and just wanted my money back, now they’re asking if I want a credit…. Just give me a refund, I don’t want a credit because I’m not going to purchase anything else from this site … Next time, if a particular item is out of stock, please indicate that. I was really looking forward to receiving the cami I selected.
