GBPlease don't sham people. Hello, I have no words to describe how disappointed I feel about the pallets received. They said that it was 75% working goods, which is wrong because it is 90% damaged goods from the pallets(12) I received. Almost all the items had receipts attached that read "Return Reason: damaged", whereas they (DL) said there was no way of knowing that. For example, one pallet containing grill and washing machine are both damaged and in non-working conditions as per the receipt attached to them, so that is one pallet which is a complete waste, which makes 0% working item from one pallet. I will not be able to get back the money I spent in purchasing/shipping this lot not even closer. Please don't sham people like this. It is a lot of money, hard work, and time that I put into buying, transporting, and sorting this lot. But I will not be able to even make enough money to get my money back, on top of that I might have to rent a dumpster to get rid of all the damaged goods. This is a total loss and disaster for me! This is truly frustrating. Thanks

GBDirect Liquidation is terrible Direct Liquidation is terrible. They cancel your orders without any reason and you already lose weeks when you find out they are horrible from start to finish. Do not trust them. Stay away.

GBGood Customer Service/ Damaged Goods I ordered my first pallet ever from Direct Liquidation, it really seemed like a great deal. It was a Walmart returns pallet. Once I received the pallet over half of the merchandise on the pallet was damaged, as in cracked and broken. The box containing the high ticket item was empty. I can’t blame it 100% on Direct Liquidation because it could have been the shipper that damaged the product and Walmart accepting the returns. As far as customer service goes they are great.
