GBIf you are thinking about dropshipping… If you are thinking about dropshipping with SaleYee you need to be aware of their returns policy! Even if any products do not match their description they do not entertain any form of collection or refund, unless you have paid extra during checkout for their maximum refund of 65%. They are selling cheap items intended for eBay and any reseller may end up out of pocket due to any returns as PayPal charge backs and eBay return policies will always favour the buyer in a dispute and a result with a 100% refund. It's a shame as the actual platform seems to be well designed and synchronization between shopify websites and ebay accounts works very well and saves a lot of time stock taking. A lot of other dropshippers should model their sites on SaleYee. I would happily give a 5 star review if SaleYee were to review their returns policy. If you pay extra during checkout you should receive 100% refund and 65%. That is just not cricket!

GBlack of communication was a nightmare… lack of communication was a nightmare especially when i opened an account with them for dropshipping and i could get hold of any information,then i send few messages and none went through,it was a total Chinese language which i could figure out if its an F word or reply in good terms, its a total joke for Saleye. and lack of transparency,and unprofessionalism as well.

MYBAD BAD BAD, DO NOT USE really freaking terrible. We paid for 2% for return protection. The customer service of salesyee wont let us return. He ask our customer to upload youtube video to proof. DO NOT USE their service. Everything they promise is a scam. Scammer chinese company

GBBE AWARE ! BE AWARE !! Worste dropshipping platform i have ever seen. I'm ebay seller ,they send rubbish to my buyer and i didn't get refund from them. Very fair quality and they charging u £0.73 with you debit card or any other accout. The manager wont refund me or respond to me like before even my buyer returned the Kettle. One star is too much for this company.

GBUnbelievably bad I've been working with saleyee for 6 months They were OK at the beginning But the slightest issues turn into massive problems They do not respond, they say 24 hours to reply, 5 days later no reply They send you all over the place with ways of trying to report issues They don't deliver They don't inform if there's a problem The business is a total joke!!!! Do not trust this company with your business Do not work with them It will cost you your own business.
