Delivered my order to a vets over 1… Delivered my order to a vets over 1 hour drive away, no delivery address confirmed in order invoices when received or this error could have been corrected weeks ago. Then vetpetni blamed me on the mistake, then they went and made their own arrangements to move the order without my permission, my day at work spent chasing a bag of dog food ordered 3 weeks ago. Such poor service

Been using Vetpetni for a while now Been using Vetpetni for a while now. Cheaper to buy from them and if you collect from your veterinary practice there's no delivery fee. Delivery is usually within 2 or 3 days. It's a brilliant service and if I've had to call with a question the staff are lovely and friendly and oh so helpful. No hesitation in recommending Vetpetni! :-)

Excellent company for online shopping of dogfood The whole process of ordering dogfood from beginning to end was so easy..The online ordering was straightforward & uncomplicated..Communication when my order would be dispatched & then ready for collection (I chose free delivery to my vets’ practice) was outstanding!
