Bunch of scammers!!! Bunch of scammers!!!! If, like me, you were taken in by their adverts on Facebook etc and ordered a pack at £4.90 then actually got charged £49, if you paid by credit card, raise a dispute with your credit card. I done it, was successful, thank god!! I am loving how Fresh Tray, again, are using a copy and paste job in their replies to the odd one or two on here - "If you really think that you can buy a 10-pack for £4.90 even though a 2-pack is £8.90 then please explain that to your creditcard provider. The total price was stated on the payment page multiple times, but you didn't read that. If it says 10-pack --> £4.90 PER PACK any rational person would understand that you won't get 10 pieces for £4.90. Please take this in mind before placing such a comment. Thanks!" My response to that would be "Any rational person would know a pack is more than one!! ie a wolf and a pack of wolves!! SCAMMERS!!

Ran a very misleading advert on their… Ran a very misleading advert on their site, that made it look like you got 10 trays for £4.90. in fact it was £49.00 my partner contacted them and asked to cancel they told her it was too late and the items had been despatched, BUT we received the despatch email 3 hours after they emailed us claiming to have already sent them. Also, they have a fake Trustpilot score on their website. Update: CON ARTISTS, claimed to have delivered the trays but provided fake tracking details for Evri, steer well clear. Please make sure to report them to Shopify, as they operate on their platform.

SCAMMERS..... i too have been scammed as i thought it was going to be £4.90 for trays until i completed order.was told i couldn't cancel as order was already on its way.10 mins after my initial order!!!!,do not touch this company.i have been waiting for about 5 weeks now for trays and when asked for an update get told its on its way...SCAMMERS. should be jailed...

Like the other reviews I thought I was… So further to my original review the company is still insisting they advertise correctly. My parcel is now showing as being delivered, it wasn't so I'm nearly £50 out of pocket and nothing to show for it. Like the other reviews I thought I was paying £4.90 for the product to be billed £49 . Ad is so misleading and when you try to phone them the number disconnects immediately. Customer service does reply via email but just insists item has been despatched. I literally emailed within 20 min so despatch time must be super quick if it ever comes

This is a SCAM company This is a SCAM company Had a very bad experience with this company, it state's 100%refund but when you try to get a refund ot says no refund as the product is hygiene related and cannot be returned, after many emails they agreed to a refund but once I had returned the item to Netherlands or China, I returned the items to there Netherlands address at a cost of £14 only for them to refuse acceptance Now won't answer emails SO BEWARE SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
