Had issue with ordering system Their online order system indicated that there was an error and my order did not go through. I reordered and then found out I was charged twice. I was able to resolve after back and forth with customer service. Jake was prompt in refunding the duplicate. Unfortunately I was not told that and just saw the refund on my CC statement. The CSR apparently didn't know that he had issued the refund and was indicating I would be responsible for the shipping, then after pressed that I would get a gift card for the cost of shipping. This was my first order, I can not comment on the product itself just my experience with attempting to resolve a customer service issue.

My daughter has been battling epilepsy, which needed medication for several years. I've always been skeptical about the pharmaceutical industry and was on a quest for a safer alternative. I found the owner Jake on his TikTok account doing a live answering questions about health issues and also the wonderful products they offer. It has been an all-around great… It has been an all-around great experience working with this company, but what I found makes it stand out is a personal touch from Jake. Whenever I had a question he was quick to answer and I felt confident in what I was fine. Outstanding company and I would highly suggest giving them a try. Definitely will not be sorry.

Order made and recieved NO product I placed an order from the Swedish site and its been over 1 week and i still havent got an email that it's been shipped, No tracking number, no product, nothing, Not even a resonse by email. I sent them 3 emails and nothing. The USA version replied and are trying to help but i guess they are being ignored also. They took my money and i havent gotten any product. I think it's a big scam so by from somewhere else.
