KEExperience purchasing house plans The Q&A area offered great insight into what was getting into when selecting the house plans. Having a premium membership account was key as had more access to the house plans. The team constantly kept checking on me through emails and offered to assist in selecting the house plan. The company has various modes of payment which made it easy to make payments. For my case was able to pay via MPesa through a third party. Once premium account membership payment was confirmed; the company facilitated access to premium content. Was able to access more details about the desired design. There after selected the house plans that I loved. I later made full payment to access the downloads for the house plans. I like the fact that the payment made for premium membership, is offered as a discount while purchasing the house plans.

Great discounts. 4. Easy to navigate website. 5. Great custom care. 6. Quick turnaround time on customization. 7. Post purchase support. What is the company doing well? From a customer experience perspective, it appears as though they have employed skilled persons who are innovative and put customer first. Well, that's how I feel. Areas of improvement... well, I think most of the plans are pretty much the same. They may change here and there in terms of arrangement, but the underlying fashion is the same. It would be nice to have a departure to something wild and crazy.
