The installation itself went ahead without problems, again kept informed at every step early notice that power would be going off etc. Checked to make sure the charger app worked correctly and the cat would charge. Sam was incredibly supportive during the quote phase and Dave went above and beyond not just to ensure this was a 'standard' install, but he spoke me through each stage, and he did everything he could to ensure all cabling was as well hidden and neat as possible. Could not praise Elecology enough!

Very professional company Very professional company. Sam was great to deal with, answered my questions promptly and offered us an installation date quickly. Luke the installer was polite, friendly and tidy. Helped set up the Tesla app etc. Would thoroughly recommend. Yes probably not the cheapest option but if you want 100% confidence in a job done well, then this company is for you.

EV Charger installation Excellent customer service throughout, answered our questions promptly prior to installation. Kelvin our engineer was highly professional, tidy and spent time with us to ensure our kit was working well and we understood basic functions.

Decent install but now i need to get a floor board replaced. Engineer who came for the install was good and he did a decent job however to gain access under the floor he decided to cut one of the floor boards. It has been cut in such a way that it is unsupported. He had put couple of screws to keep the floor board in place but it has since caved in only been few days.
