The products I've purchased have been alright but nothing special. The customer service is okay, but could certainly be better. They were knowledgeable about the product ive inquired about but not the most helpfull. Shipping tikes a while but nithin inexplicably long. I love it! I really enjoy this Broad Spectrum. Especially since I prefer full spectrums. It helped relax me and also give me an energy boost when I needed it. Plus it's my favorite flavor! It seriously tastes like pumpkin spice without the herbal taste. It's a trial and error to figure out how many drops you need because everyone is different. I need to take 3-4 to feel the effects working. It did come well package and cared for. I received it in a matter of a few days once purchased. So that was great!
