The plan (Arlington) we chose was truly… The plan (Arlington) we chose was truly unique and innovative. We just sent the floorplans to our builder who said he was impressed with the quality and detail.

I have engaged several architects and… I have engaged several architects and engineers in the past. Working with Nate at Boutique Homes was effortless, and the result was excellent. Boutique home designs are tastefully done and with excellent use of luxury features when they count the most. Nate efficiently made extensive modifications to the floor plan, meeting my expectations. Nate is competent, creative, and efficient, saving his clients time and providing value. It is a pleasure to work with some so well suited to their chosen profession.

We loved being able to see the plans in… We loved being able to see the plans in the interactive tours. None of the other house plan sites have that and it's super helpful to be able to see everything in 3D.

It was an awesome process - being able to see and walkthrough the 3D model was just a gamechanger. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to build a barndo.

As a builder As a builder, I was blown away by the quality of these house plans. The planset strikes a nice balance, being detailed but not too detailed. I liked how we could fill in the material and finish specifications ourselves which is a nice feature. The material calculations on each sheet were also very useful for QTO/bidding.
