GBWe were embarking on the restoration… We were embarking on the restoration and re-opening of a blues club. Berman Architecture was my partner's contact, not mine. I had no experience with him. I was mentally set to dislike him. However, in our first meeting, he disrupted my mindset. He was prepared, knowledgeable about the process my partner had asked him to address and had a presentation that was second to none. The entire process of plans, selecting contractors, anticipating issues and moving along at a pace acceptable to us and the city, was seamless.
