I could not be happier with the service… I could not be happier with the service I have received from this company. Not only have they answered any and all questions, but even answered my text messages very promptly. Their customer service representatives are always very polite and helpful.

Great program I have been very pleased with the program. I am a borderline diabetic. I have tried several diets all that involves healthy food habits. The people have been extremely nice while dealing with me. Thank you again for making this available to me. It’s weight loss at an affordable price

This Company is Reliable. The company has been very responsive to my concerns, and always answers the phone promptly when I call with a question, or returns my calls as soon as someone is available. I had a question about my latest vial of medication, and Dr. M was very helpful in explaining how the weight loss medication works.

I am very disappointed with this… I am very disappointed with this service. I started the medicine on 3/14 after having to call in because apparently fed ex delivered the first prescription to the wrong address. On 3/14 I received the medicine which I was very surprised not in something to keep it cold, I started the medicine immediately. The only thing I felt after taking the shot was nausea, it hasn't done anything for my appetite at all. I have talked to 5 ppl who started the shots at the same time I did and all but one has lost weight and have no appetite. The other person is going through a different online group and they increased her dose and now has lost 6 pounds in less than 10 days. I called premium health and got no help. I feel like after my credit card was billed the helpfulness ended. I can not afford to pay for something that doesn't work for me.
