GBOrder from May still not delivered - no communication I ordered two windows on May 10, 2023. I was told it could take six weeks. It is now near the end of September and they do not answer phone calls, their voice mailbox is full and the one time I did reach a person, they told me they would nget back to me that same day and it never happened. That was a month ago. I now believe this company has gone out of business. Don't do business with them?

GBPainted no powder coated Ordered months ago. Inquired about order and was told there was a quality control issue with powder coating and the shutters would be here in a few weeks. Another 4 to 6 weeks went by, no communication. I put in a despute with CC company and then they responded. Shutters were shipped. Correct size They were not powder coated, they were painted and the pain it flaking off the aluminum. If they were powder coated correctly, I would have had no problem. I'm stuck with them now in Oklahoma

GBAccordion shutters order feedback I received my accordion shutters 3 weeks after I place the order, as promised. The shipment arrived without any visible damage, but when I opened the shutters I noticed a nick on one of the panels which was obviously caused by the saw used during production. One of the bushings was also missing, so I called the company to have them send it to me. The staff was very friendly and took action immediately; however, they didn't send the part priority mail and took a week to arrive. I have no issue with the quality of the shutters, but there is obviously a quality control issue within Empire Construction. Hence my 3-star rating.
