I not happy with the experience for the… I not happy with the experience for the simple fact that what you say is not what you deliver I ordered the package two weeks before it was due paid for an express delivery and still haven’t received. It got confirmation on Father’s Day that it would be delivered that week by the 26th of the month and by paying express, I was supposed to get it in 6 to 8 days the only way to contact your company is by email which is unprofessional. I received the wrong package very upset ( Sorry Dean I received your package).

I really like the product I really like the product, was a little disappointed when I ordered 4 glasses with decanter for a retirement party & only recieved 2. They sent out what was missing, but unfortunately the turnaround time was too long & I did not have all 4 glasses for the occasion, other than that it was a really nice gift to give.

I ordered a set with a specific name I ordered a set with a specific name, and the wrong name was sent. I contacted support and they said they would send me another set because of the error. The new set arrived with the correct name and the recipient of the gift LOVED IT! Thank you for the awesome customer service. Highly recommend this product!

I ordered four sets as Christmas gifts… I ordered four sets as Christmas gifts for friends. They are absolutely beautiful! I can’t wait to see the reaction when they are opened at Christmas. I’m sure anyone would be proud to use this on their bar. Thank you again for an excellent job.

The quality was great but messed up on… The quality was great but messed up on one of my decator. Made another one for the mistake that was made. Waiting on it. Hope it’s in for Christmas.
