Once he received the info he communicated with Weathshield to get them to complete the warranty on the 2 pieces of glass. He then continue to communicate with me on status and as of today I have the pieces of glass to be installed at my house.

Solid choice for new windows Rockman's staff was both knowledgeable and very patient as we selected which windows would work best for our home renovation.
