Product was misrepresented and labeled incorrectly bought a controller from these people that was advertised to fit my application. It was labeled to fit all lift master does 315 MHz. When I received it would not work. Called a dealer in my area and was told this would not work and to return it. Spoke with 365 Garagedoorparts and they offered an apology for the misunderstanding. I returned the item and paid the return shipping. To top it off they deducted a 10% restocking fee to boot. Not a good experience, will never buy from them again!!!

And above all neither amazon nor this business provides me with a vehicle to cancel and get my refund , so that I can buy it elsewhere .

credit card fraud I had an experience similar to earlier reviewer Steve Cody's. Some time after placing an order on 365GarageDoorParts.net using a credit card, a fraudulent charge appeared on that credit card. The details of the fraudulent charge included 365GarageDoorParts.net. It appears 365GarageDoorParts.net may be involved in credit card fraud.

Shipped same day as ordered & arrived … Shipped same day as ordered & arrived ahead of time scheduled. Was supposed to come with 2 remotes ,but only received one with door opener. Note said one was on back order ,but it arrived in the mail two day later. Excellent service. Installed & works great.
