10/10 recommend These vitamins have been a life saver! I notice a big difference in my 3 1/2 year old son’s development and his social skills. Not as many outburst as he used to have, if any at all most times! He enjoys taking them and loves the taste. I notice he is more focused while taking the vitamins vs when he doesn’t take them for a while. I definitely would recommend this product!

Just an expensive vitamin Besides the fact that my son did not really like the flavor, we saw no impact whatsoever. First Day is no different than any other multi-vitamin. It’s just more expensive. My Instagram account got suspended because I was trying to post the truth. Don’t waste your money.

My kids LOVE these vitamins My kids LOVE these vitamins. We tried Hiya and they hated them. Since my kids started taking these vitamins almost 6 months ago, I have noticed they haven't gotten sick nearly as much as last year! Especially with school starting and seasons changing. I’ve tried all sorts of “healthier”… I’ve tried all sorts of “healthier” vitamins but the kids hated them. These are the only vitamins that they love. My son actually asked if he could have more than the serving and when I said no, he said “but they are so good”!!

Yummy, Yummy Gummy Time We added First Day vitamins to our 5 year olds daily regimen about a year ago. His appetite increased, his focus increased and his overall mood improved. He wakes up every morning asking for his yummy, yummy gummy time!
