Never received order! Never received my order -- it ended back at their warehouse when USPS would not deliver to me because the company left off my apartment number. Really horrible Customer Service. Both response time and actual emails were very bad. After over 3 weeks and my 9 inquires re: where's my product?, had to threaten credit card mediation to get credit for product I never received.

Impossible to update delivery address The product itself is very good, but it is impossible to change the delivery address - I tried 4 (!) times after I moved, both on the website and via contacting customer service, and every single time, the order was delivered to my old address. Finally had to cancel my subscription, and customer service did not even get back to me when I let them know. It's a shame the won't fix their website.

Great products and customer service A discount that was advertised did not work as described. I left a phone call and someone called me and immediately gave me a refund equal to the discount. Fast customer service. Love the products.
